Trethewey House & MSA Museum are great locations, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for wedding ceremonies & receptions and photographic opportunities both inside and out-of-doors in the gardens and around Mill Lake... all at reasonable prices.
*Please also note that at certain times of the year, Trethewey House will be decorated for the season (such as Christmas from roughly Nov. 15-Jan.15).
Rental Rates and capacities are as follows:
(100 Chairs and a dozen tables are including in the rental price if needed)
Trethewey House (a fully furnished 1920s Bungalow style house) - 25 seated, 35 standing - $300/day
Carriage House / Heritage Gallery - 50 seated, 78 standing- $300/day
Grounds around Trethewey House - Unlimited - $300/day (includes Gazebo)
Gazebo only - $50 (Free with rental of the Grounds)
Joey's Playhouse (a 2 room building suitable for the Bridal party for changing etc.) - $25/day
Catering Kitchen (located in the basement of Trethewey House) - $50/day
We do not provide tents. Tents must be rented from off-site. Our Decorator (Cindy) can make suggestions for you if you need ideas.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at booking.
